Children are built to climb, hang and swing, and those movements build the strength, balance and body awareness that make everything from handwriting to riding a bike easier later on. An indoor climbing set gives them that every day, rain or shine.
Here is our full range of indoor active-play equipment, from a first Pikler triangle for a one-year-old to a full Swedish wall with monkey bars. If you would rather start with no equipment at all, see our guide to free-play obstacle courses.
Which climbing set suits your child?
- Ages 1–2: a Pikler triangle with a ramp, or a foldable climber; low, stable and easy to supervise.
- Ages 2–4: add a climbing arch, rocker or slide board for variety.
- Ages 3–7: a Swedish wall, rope ladder, rings and swings for real upper-body work.
- Small space? Choose a foldable climber, or a wall-mounted set that keeps the floor clear.
- Always place climbers on a soft mat and follow the mounting instructions.

Frequently asked questions
What age is a Pikler triangle for?
Most children start using one between about 1 and 2 years old, and keep using it as a climbing frame, den or ramp until around 6 or 7.
Is indoor climbing safe for toddlers?
Yes, with sensible setup: place the climber on a soft surface, start low, supervise, and let the child climb only as high as they can get down on their own.
Do I need to drill into the wall?
Freestanding climbers and arches need no drilling. Swedish walls and hanging swings must be mounted securely to a solid wall, beam or bar.
