- It must include all tags and be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Once your return is received, it will be inspected in 24 Hours, then we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 Days of receiving your returned item.
- Please note: After Processing your refund, it may take from 2 to 5 business days to show up in your account. (it depend on your cards issuer and out of our control)
7. When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
we accept return and refunds for all products, if they are returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. for safety, hygiene, and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
