The hem is the detail
The jagged cut along the bottom of the vest is what makes this read as the character rather than as plain robes, and it is cut into the cloth rather than printed on. The hat holds its brim flat instead of collapsing, which is the other half of the silhouette. It is a fan-made costume, not official merchandise, and carries no studio logos or branded artwork.
