Good kitchen, but not sure about microwave

Very nice kitchen! I added a custom contact paper because the backsplash piece came a bit damaged. I think it enhanced it anyway, I didn't like the original background on it so the fact it was damaged made it an easier decision to cover it. Hope my daughter likes it.Took me a long time to build on my own, but it might have been because I spent a long time trying to get the contact paper right.Only thing I'm bummed about is the microwave doesn’t work. Nothing happens when I press the buttons.

It’s cute but received damaged

Updated to 4 stars: The gave us a full refund and sincerely apologized which was so appreciated!Original 2 stars: It’s cute but we received a clearly used one, with several broken pieces, cracked and chipped boards, black marks on them, and some of the cabinets don’t line up properly. The microwave only works if you push the door in and hold it, which doesn’t work for a toddler. It really is cute otherwise and my toddler loves it, especially the ice cube dispenser.

It’s a nice kitchen and my kid loves it. But the bottom door with the plexiglass, the screw holes are stripped and the tinny screws keep coming out and I keep picking them up before my kid try’s to eat them.

A hit with the kids

I originally gave it 1 star because there were no assembly instructions included, but I reached out to the, and within a day he sent them to me in PDF. My husband said it was easy to put together. The design very nice, even some adults wanted to play with it lol. My child loved it and it was a hit with other kids at a family reunion. They were all entertained.

*Update: Support was amazing. They were very supportive and helpful. I'd 100% be willing to buy from this againIt's very cute and my little one loves it but...1) the microwave device doesn't work. And I messaged support and still haven't heard back from them2) the shelves in the fridge and stove are flimsy and easily removed. Probably will replace those3) there is no wall mount on the back. Not something we can't do ourselves but considering kids can remove the self in the fridge then try and climb in this is a huge safety hazard. The whe unit is quite heavy once built and could cause some serious hurt if it fell over
